Quality control is a vital part of production, and all parts are subjected to extensive inspection during the manufacturing process. The Bland Company is completely equipped for all forms of dimensional inspection including a unique laser inspection system. Microscopic examinations are performed on our premises. Other physical and chemical inspections are performed on a regular basis by independent laboratories. Heat treating, plating, and non-destructive tests are done by certified contractors, and their facilities are subjected to stringent quality assurance surveys to ensure that the standards of the Bland Company and its customers are being maintained. |
